Wonderful, great team effort. Almost finished.  We have a great relationship, each of us complimenting the other.

I use part of the principles discussed, but I think there are great lessons to be learned from the principles in the book.  Trying to lead by example is not the easiest lesson to learn, we often forget that others have feelings and need to have positive reinforcement to work efficiently and happily.  We need to give them reasons and when something is wrong, give examples of other ways that it could be done,  and that we all make mistakes.  Personally, the phrase "Do unto others"  has been my philosophy for the last 10 or so years, but putting yourself in others shoes can be harder than most of us realize.  It is easy to forget that we haven't always had the knowledge we now carry and that others just don't always know the ways it could be done.  It becomes a teaching moment that can benefit us as much as the person we are trying to help.

PLMI Year 3, Monday, Day One

We were given team assignments today, I was placed on a team with Gail Spragins, Pamela Rudnitzki.  TEAM BAM is the name of the group, B for Brad, A for GAil, and M for PaM.  I think we will do a great job working on the group assignments.  The assignments look to be interesting and I think can be finished on time.
